How is your energy flow? What can you do to re-align yourself right now?
To be honest, I have been having a low energy flow the last few days. My schedule has been so jammed packed that I have set my energy flow into auto-pilot and forgot to check-in with myself. That is normal and okay. But learn how to quickly re-align. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I quickly identified my low energy level and re-aligned myself. I have a tendency to be a major “doer”. I like to make a list of goals and one by one cross them off my list of completion. It can be addicting and can also create low energy because you are now looking at things in a way to complete, instead of enjoying the process. Sometimes there will be situations where an emergency comes up and you have to get into a survival mode to hurry up and complete that assignment. Those can sometimes be more work or school related situations. ⠀⠀⠀
How can you make your personal schedule more doable to make time for yourself? Can you say no to others to say “yes” to yourself? I have learned to give myself one night a week where I can turn my phone on silent and re-align with myself. Be okay to do that and know that you need space to quiet the mind and re-align with yourself. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Find ways to re-align with your energy flow. For me, meditation and yoga helps. I am far from a guru of either of them and it was difficult for me to post this picture cause I am not a yoga expert. I just enjoy the process of meditating and trying yoga. Don’t be afraid to try new things as a way to re-align with yourself.
