I have a strong clinical background working with children, adolescents, adults, as well as structural family systems. I mostly focus my work with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, emotional disturbances, family conflict, grief, life transitions, racial identity, relationship issues, religious trauma syndrome, self-esteem, sexual abuse, stress, suicidal ideation, and trauma/PTSD.

I provide psychoeducation on managing symptoms and identifying triggers. I also help my clients understand how to communicate their needs to their partner, friends, and family members. I help my clients feel empowered and confident.
